BARTLETT SERVICES

For those who need extra care & time, these add-on services are personalized according to the needs of each resident and require extra time from our Resident Assistants.

INCONTINENCE CARE	$400 monthly
Every 2 hour check and change
Pericare including cleaning and skin care products
Daily showers as needed
Flat linen laundry service daily or as needed
ENHANCED CARE	$600 monthly
Two Resident Assistants required to assist residents with showers and transferring

MISCELLANEOUS
Double Occupancy $1000 per month.
Minor Nursing services up to $25 per treatment. Non-scheduled / incidental treatments requiring a licensed healthcare professional. Physician orders required. Supplies not included.
Diabetic Management $100 per month. Glucose management according to physician orders. Includes glucose testing supplies.
Escort Service to appointments $50 per trip.
Meal Room Service $2 per delivery.
Personal Laundry $10 per load. Includes, wash and fold service. Additional flat linen laundry.
Personal Ironing $2.50 per piece
HOSPICE SUPPORT	$300 - 600 monthly
Coordination of care between Hospice and The Bartlett
Supervising and administering narcotics/pain medication
Turning and Positioning every 2 hours
Incontinence Care and Skin Care included
